London - Paris Cycle Challenge in aid of the Alzheimer's Society

So, just under 4 weeks to go, hundreds of miles of training under my belt, just the 300+ to Paris then........and 4 days to do it in. I'll be updating this blog as we move closer to the event and through every sweat-dripped, pedal stroke. Feel free to comment, post, share or anything that will promote my challenge and give me a chuckle along the way for morale. Check out the link to show your support in cash!! justgiving.com/Shaun-Munday

Remember - you have the power, you have the voice, You make the decisions...........keep pedalling you fool!!!

  4. Hi Shaun - Rob said that you needed a few mad folk to send messages to keep you peddling! I would send a suitable uplifting message, but cant think of one right off - will go put my thinking cap on. Catch you later - keep pumping those legs my friend, we are with you every wheel turn of the way!!

  5. Morning Shaun - how's it going today? Did you manage to miss the awful weather that looked as though it affected northern France at the same time as southern England? How far along are you - when do you hope to make Paris? Hope you manage to raise loads of money for such a very worthy cause. Keep peddling!!
